What do you think some of the motives are of the people who start genocide?
To get rid of a city so they can take over the world.
Why do you think they do it?
To gain control over an area.
In your opinion, what are the three essential requirements for a genocide to start?
1. Aggravation 2. A group of people 3. Aggravated other people that help you
To campaign and get other people to help you kill other people.
As a country, what do you think we can do to stop current genocides, or prevent them from happening?
Have a certain army to attack perpentrators of genocide.
Do you think that someone who commits a crime of this magnitude should be punished by death?
Yes. If they have killed other people, they should deserve to die. What is one genocide that you are knowledgable of besides the Holocaust?
I don't know of any. What is your personal definition of a genocide?
A group of people who want to kill other people to gain control over an area.
Is there a specific genocide you remember learning about throughout your lifetime?
The Holocaust.
Was there ever a genocide growing up that was a major issue, and remember seeing in the media?
Not that I remember.

My friends' parents were actually in the Cambodian genocide when they were children.

If there is one message you could give to victims of genocide currently, what would it be?
Just pray and hope you live.

What is your personal definition of genocide?
Oppresive control and ultimate annihalation of a specific group of people by another group.
Is there a specific genocide you remember learning about throughout your lifetime?
Yes. Cambodia, Rwnada, Bosnia, and the Holocaust.
Growing up, was there ever a genocide that you remember hearing about in the media?
The Rwandan and Bosnian genocides.

Yes.

No, I haven't.
If there is one message you could give to victims of genocide currently, what would it be?
I have your utmost respect for having to endure such a horrible experience. And I express my deepest sympathy and give my most sincere condolences to them for the suffering they have endured and the losses they have beheld.
What do you think some of the motives are of the people who start genocide?
The erroneous perception that certain social problems or economic difficulties are caused solely by one group of people and should be solved by violence.
Why do you think they do it?
They falsely believe that harming or eradicating a group will somehow bring them satisfaction or a better future. They are able to dehumanize the individuals.
In your opinion, what are the three essential requirements for a genocide to start?
1. Indoctrination 2. A mob mentality 3. Social Instability
As a country, what do you think we can do to stop current genocides, or prevent them from happening?
Enforce the constitution of the United States and the rule of law. Keep in mind the Bill of Rights. Erect memorials for oppression that has occurred in the past. Be taught the history of genocide in the world.
Do you think that someone who commits a crime of this magnitude should be punished by death?
Absolutely. Without question. If it is proven beyond a doubt, that someone has orchestrated, participated in, or been a significant influence in genocide, they should be put to death.

Prejudices, differences, and religious beliefs.
Why do you think they do it?
Because they think their cause is more valuable than the lives of those who are targeted by it.
In your opinion, what are the three essential requirements for a genocide to start?
I believe an individual must have:
1. Hatred for a certain group 2. Governmental domination 3. The mindset that only their own life matters

Educating people .
